Gudger Faces Decades In Prison

A sentencing date has been set for a Cocke County man who was recently found guilty sexual-related crimes and he could spend up to 4 decades in prison. 38 year old Parvel Gudger, Jr. was recently found guilty in Cocke County court of the crimes of aggravated sexual battery, rape of a child, continuous sexual abuse of a child and incest. Gudger could face up to 40 years in prison and that sentence would have to be served at 100%. Sentencing is set before Judge Carter Moore on October 18.
