Health Department Offering Free Flu Shot

As the weather begins to turn cooler, it’s time to get ready for cold and flu season. The Cocke County Health Department in conjunction with the Tennessee State Department of Health will be offering free flu shots next week. The free flu shots will be available on Tuesday, October 21 at Walters State’s Newport Center at 115 Mulberry Street from 10am-3pm. Or, you can got by the Cocke County Health Department at 430 College Street in Newport between 8am-4:30pm for that free flu shot.
