The victim, Robert Allison told police that he was visiting his wife who works at Waffle House and was asking to borrow her phone. Allison says that when another customer, 45 year old Gordon Sitch, began yelling at him and telling him to leave. Allison says he ignored Sitch at first, but then Mr. Sitch pulled out a pocket knife, opened it to expose the blade and then pointed it at him telling him to leave again. Police found Sitch in the parking lot of Quality Inn. He claims that Allison was “cyber threatening him” but did not provide any other details.
