Man Arrested For Trying To Sell Fentanyl Hidden In Toy
A Michigan man was arrested in middle Tennessee for attempting to sell fentanyl…contained in a Star Wars toy. Rutherford County police say that 34 year old Zave Garry…who was out on bond, for a similar crime in Coffee County. Police say that Garry is charged with possession of 176 illegal Fentanyl pills that were made to resemble 30mg tablets of Roxicodon… is a brand name of oxycodone – an opioid pain medication. He was caught attempting to sell the drugs stashed in a Baby Yoda doll. Investigators say that Garry allegedly intercepted a shipment of approximately 1,000 fentanyl tablets. Garry now faces felony possession of illegal drugs and his bond was increased by $150,000. Fentanyl is known to be 80 to 100 times more potent than morphine. Experts say that being exposed to even one grain of fentanyl can be deadly.
