Man Assaults Mother And Brother Before Fleeing

Several warrants have been issued for a man who assaulted both his mother and brother. According to the Cocke County Sheriff’s office, 55 year old Kelvin Hall had called his brother, 59 year old Carlos Hall to come home because their mother was sick. Kelvin Hall stated when his brother came home, he was drunk. Words were exchanged and Carolos Hall started choking his brother before then slinging him to the ground. At some point Carolos Hall grabbed the 81 year old mother leaving bruises on her. Hall left the scene before deputies arrived. Warrants have been issued for his arrest for Aggravated Assault, Domestic Assault and Offense of Abuse of an Elderly, or Vulnerable Adult.
