Man Charged With Criminal Trespass

The man who chased several juveniles through the Lowe’s and Wal-Mart parking lots about a month ago is now in jail. Police responded to Wal-Mart on Cosby Hwy over the weekend about a man unconscious in a car. Officers observed the driver slumped over the wheel with the vehicle running. The ignition was shut off by an officer and the driver, 35 year old Charles Nagy woke up when he heard police. Nagy stated he had fallen asleep while on his phone. He had been trespassed previously from Wal-Mart after trying to get into several cars in the parking lot. Nagy was charged with criminal trespass. His license was confirmed revoked out of Florida. He was arrested on that charge and for driving under the influence.
