Man Charged With Indecent Exposure

Police were called to the Food City in the Eastern Plaza Tuesday afternoon about an intoxicated man in front of the store. Police arrived and found 38 year old Bradley Sinard standing by the drink machines close to the front doors…exposing the lower half of his body. Several customers were going in and out of the store at the time Sinard was exposing himself. Sinard told police numerous times that is was stupid and he was sorry for what he had done. He was taken to jail and charged with indecent exposure.
