Michigan Man Involved In Two Incidents Thursday
A Michigan man was involved in two incidents with law enforcement on Thursday in Cocke County. That afternoon, Nathan Dior was spotted in the garage of a home on Fox Chase Road. The 31 year old Dior from Detroit had been trespassed from that property. Dior ran into the home which soon became surrounded by deputies. the owner of the residence finally entered the home to get Dior to surrender. He was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Trespass.
Dior was released from jail Thursday evening and was involved in a skirmish in the Wal-Mart parking lot later that night. Dior was spotted standing over 28 year old Aspen Denton. Dior claimed that Denton had stolen $1,000 from him while he was in jail. Dior stated that he had not struck Denton but did push her against his truck and she fell to the ground. Denton refused to press charges. Meanwhile, Aspen Denton’s 50 year old mother was sitting in the car in the adjacent parking spot. Sher originally told police her name was Tina Denton, but she was found to actually be Monica Denton who had a warrant for her arrest. She told police she gave the false name due to having the warrant. she was taken into custody for criminal impersonation and her warrant. No further charges were filed against Nathan Dior.
