Morristown Arrest Man In Fatal Hit And Run

Morristown Police have made an arrest regarding a fatal hit and run that happened early Sunday morning on Andrew Johnson Hoighway. Investigators say that 31 year old Alisha Marie Caminiti was crossing the highway just after midnight when she was struck by a white small four door pickup. The driver of that truck continues traveling west on Andrew Johnson Highway. Late Sunday, investigators arrested 34 year old John Robert Crocillo of Morristown. He is charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving death. No further details are being released at this time.

Morristown Police Chief Roger Overholt thanked the public for providing information about the incident which helped lead to an arrest. Overholt also thanked the officers and investigators who worked diligently to identify and charge the responsible individual.
