Morristown Man Arrested For Selling Crack Cocaine
A Morristown man is in jail after police last week executed a search warrant at his home. 39 year old Harold Lee Mivens was taken into custody after found a significant amount of ecstacy, crack cocaine and marijuana in his home along with items associated with the distribution and sale of illegal narcotics. Morristown police also found a Taurus 9mm handgun with ammunition and $3,000 in cash. The police department also seized two vehicles they believe were used in the distribution of narcotics. Mivens is charged with schedule I, II & VI narcotics sdales and delivery, plus Firearm Use in Association with Dangerous Felonies, Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, and Maintaining a Drug Dwelling. Mivens is currently being held in the Hamblen County jail on a $250,000 bond.
