Morristown Man Victim Of Assault

A man reported to police in Morristown that he was the victim of an assault Tuesday night. 44 year old Stephen Bohanan stated he was walking in the 1200 block of Urban Avenue in Morristown when a black four door Dodge truck pulled in behind him. He said a white male appearing to be in his 50’s and approximately 5’7″ tall got out of the truck and pointed a pistol to his head and asked if he was Cody. Bohanan then told officers that three other white males walked up behind him with guns. He said that after the four men determined that he was not who they were looking for, the men got back in the truck and drove away in the direction of Civic Park. Bohanan told officers that all but on of the men were wearing black shirts with blue jeans…the other man was heavy set…wearing an orange cut-off shirt. He did not get a tag number for the truck.
