Morristown Prepares To Get Into Christmas Spirit

The City of Morristown is getting set to get into the Christmas Spirit. This Saturday Morristown will host “Christmas On The Market”. Among the festivities will be a Christmas Scavenger Hunt along the Candy Cane Trail. You can stop by the Morristown Parks & Recreation Department starting today through Wednesday from 8-5 to pick up your game card for the candy can trail scavenger hunt and your chance to win some gift cards valued at anywhere from $50 to $100. Lots of activities will be held at the Farmer’s Market starting at 2pm Saturday…with food vendors and a letter station for kids to write their letters to Santa Claus who is scheduled to make an appearance. The official Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will wrap up the day’s events at 6pm Saturday evening.
