Naked Woman At Morristown Intersection Arrested

Tuesday afternoon in Morristown police were dispatched to the intersection of North 4th and High Street about a woman…naked in the roadway. Officers found 28 year old Heather Viers, who is homeless…standing in the middle of the intersection with her pants down around her ankles exposing herself to motorists…disrupting the flow of traffic. Ms. Viers had been warned before about standing naked in the roadway…she was arrested this time for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.
