Nashville Murder Suspect Arrested In Jefferson County
A Nashville homicide suspect was captured in Jefferson County on Tuesday. Shortly before 3pm, Deputies and Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office and Troopers with the Tennessee Highway Patrol received information that a homicide suspect was traveling east on I 40 near the 412 mm. A short time later that vehicle was located parked at the Loves Travel Center on Deep Springs Rd. The vehicle then left then left the truck stop traveling North on Deep Springs Rd before turning onto Alberta Jones Rd where Deputies and Troopers stopped the vehicle and detained the suspect without incident. 28 year old David Henry is in custody at the Jefferson County Detention Center. Henry is accused of fatally shooting 26 year old Kelvin Stowers Jr. Saturday morning, in a vehicle, then dumping Stowers’ body on a Nashville street.
