No Tail Lights Leads To Arrest

Cocke County Deputy Ronnie Sutton observed a vehicle traveling on Cosby Highway with no tail lights. The driver, Charles Blackman was issued citations for light law, misuse of proof of registration and financial responsibility. Deputies also seized one TN registration plate. It was also confirmed that Mr Blackman had an active warrant for failure to comply with child support. Mr Blackman was taken into custody and transported to the cocke county jail annex.
