North Carolina Man Killed With Bow & Arrow

More details have been released by North Carolina authorities regarding a shooting involving a bow and arrow. In neighboring Madison County, authorities have announced the arrest of 51 year old Richard Towe, Sr. of Marshall, North Carolina. Police say that Towe killed Cody Jonathan Garrett with a bow and arrow yesterday afternoon. That incident happened not far from the Madison Middle School on Highway 25/70 between Hot Springs and Marshall. Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the North Carolina Bureau Of Investigation are still looking into this case…Towe has been charged with a felony murder.
