Police Respond To Vandalism Call

Police were called to Motel 6 on Tuesday in reference to vandalism. The complainant, Eric Forshaw stated that he and his girlfriend, Dawn Ciccone were staying at Motel 6 and had been arguing throughout the day. In an effort to get away from his girlfriend, Mr. Forshaw went out to the parking lot to sit in his truck, but Ms. Ciccone followed him to his vehicle and tore off his drivers side mirror when he wouldn’t open the vehicle door. Ms. Ciccone admitted to knocking off the mirror, but said that it was by accident as she was leaning against it. Damage to the Forshaw vehicle is estimated at $300. Ms. Ciccone was issued a citation for vandalism, and both parties were advised to separate for the night.
