Seam Williams Search Continues

The search is still underway for Sean Williams, who escaped from a transport van in Greeneville last Wednesday morning. Williams was being transported by Laurel County, Kentucky deputies where he was being held for federal authorities. He was to appear in federal court in Greeneville last Wednesday afternoon. Williams got out of his restraints and kicked the back window out of the van and escaped. The transport deputies did not discover he was missing till they arrived at the courthouse in downtown Greeneville. Williams has numerous charges against him involving child pornography, child rape and drugs charges. He now faces an escape charge as well. The TBI and US Marshals have made a $7500 reward available for information leading to Sean Williams’ capture. Police are warning citizens that if they spot Williams, who could be anywhere, not to approach him, but call 911 immediately.
