Sevier County School Evacuated After Bomb Threat
Another school in East Tennesse had to be evacuated after a note was found theatening the school with a bomb. The latest school is Pigeon Forge Junior High. Pigeon Forge police say around 10am Tuesday morning, school officials were advised about a note written on a bathroom wall that mentioned a bomb. The school resource officer and the Pigeon Forge Police Department evacuated students from the building and to a safe place. By 11am, the building had been cleared by law enforcement and students and staff returned. A little over a week ago, a White Pine school had to be evacuated after a bomb threat. Thankfully, nothning was found in that case either.
