Sevierville PD Starts #9PM Routine

The Sevierville Police Department is starting a thing called #9pm Routine. The Sevierville PD will be putting out posts on their facebook and twitter pages reminding East Tennessee residents as well as visitors to start a 9pm routine. They say that at 9PM each night you should do the following…

• Remove valuables from your vehicle

• Take your keys

• Lock your vehicle

• Lock your home.

The Sevierville PD says by making this a habit, you can reduce the chance of being burglarized. The program will also emphasize the importance of securing your home each and every night
