Sevierville Restaurant Fails Health Inspection

This area is now getting into full swing of the tourist season, and many people look for places to eat on the Parkway in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. One place people will now be wary of eating at is Monster Mash Burgers at 611 Parkway in Sevierville….that restaurant failed a health inspection yesterday…scoring a 65….anything under 70 is a failing score. According to health inspectors Three pans of raw burger patties were left on the preparation table… with an internal temperature of 66 degrees. Anything over 41 degrees could result in illness..On the other hand the temperature of crab dip was too low. The crab dip temp was 90 degrees, but 135 and above is the correct hot temperature to slow down bacteria growth.

Health inspectors also found there was no sanitizer utilized in the dishwasher and there were flies buzzing around in the kitchen. All that and more added up to a failing score of just 65.
