Shoplifter Arrested at Morristown Home Depot

Police in Morristown were called to Home Depot about a man who had shoplifted. Police were given a description of the car, which they located and followed to a gas station where they approached the subject…56 year old Walter Ward of Morristown. Ward was transported back to Home Depot with the $837 worth of merchandise taken as well. Home Depot then advised police that Ward had taken another $500 worth of merchandise from the store a few days earlier. Walter Ward has been charged with theft of property.
