Silver Alert Issued For Missing Sevier Co Man

The TBI has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 74 year old Sevier County man. According to Sevierville Police, Carl Palmer is listed as missing. He is a white man with gray hair and a beard. He is 5′ 10″ tall, weighs about 180 pounds with green eyes. Palmer was last seen wearing a black jacket and jeans. Police say he could possibly be driving a green Ford Taurus with a missing front passenger window. The tag on that vehicle are from Tennessee, tag number is 036 BGBH. Police say that Carl palmer has a condition that could hinder him from returning back home safely without assistance. Anyone with information about this man’s whereabouts should call 1-800 TBI-FIND.
