Slick Roads Blamed On Accident

Slick roads are being blames for an accident on Hedrick Drive Friday night that left one vehicle overturned. The 17 year old driver of a 2007 Lexus told police that the road was wet and the slick road made him lose control on a curve, and he ran into a 2013 Ford Edge driven by Larry Manos. Manos swerved to try an miss the collision but the juvenile struck the Ford Edge on the left rear, sending Manos and his vehicle down into a ditch and the car overturning. No one was injured, but the juvenile driver was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
