Stolen Vehicle Located In Parrottsville Area
A stolen vehicle from Sevier County has been found in Cocke County. The Cocke County Sheriff’s office was dispatched to the 700 block of south Highway 340 in the Parrottsville area about a suspicious vehicle. Deputies located a 2018 GMC Canyon matching the vehicle’s description. Deputies noted that the back sliding glass had been busted out and there was notable fire damage on and within the center console. After running the vehicle’s identification number through the NCIC database, deputies say the GMC Canyon came back as being stolen out of Pigeon Forge. The vehicle was towed to a local towing yard for storage while an investigation into that stolen vehicle is conducted.
