Tri-Cities Man Charged With Murder In Greene County

A Tri-Cities man is in custody in Greene County after allegedly shooting another man in the southern part of Greene County. Deputies were called Friday afternoon to Knight Hollow Road in the Orebank Community, just a few miles north of Parrottsville. After they arrived on scene, they discovered a male deceased in the woods from apparent gunshot wounds. According to the Greene County Sheriff’s office, after an investigation, police have charged 26 year old Liam MacDonald-Gagnon of Johnson City with Second Degree Murder. He is being held in the Greene County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond. The name of the victim is being withheld until next of kin can be notified. No further details about that shooting have been released.
