Trunk Or Treats Saturday Night

The Rural Medical Center is sponsoring a Trunk or Treat Saturday night. That will be held at the Cocke County Recreation Department Saturday night. The Cocke County Rec. Department has about 7,000 pieces of candy alone, as well as 30 other that are taking part including the Cocke County Sheriff’s Department. They will also have some special treats like cotton candy and popcorn. They will also have a haunted maze set up as well. Parking will be located in the Cocke County High School Football Stadium. Gates open at 6:00 p.m.

Another trunk or treat going on Saturday night is at Shannon’s Garden’s Farm Market out on Hwy 73 at Edwina Road. David Shannon says they will kick their trunk or treat off at 5:30 Saturday evening and they will be going until they run out of candy…David says they have LOTS of candy…so expect that event to last a while.
