Two Identified Of Defrauding Blind Woman In Morristown
Morristown police have identified two individuals suspected of defrauding a blind woman. The victim who lives in Morristown had a neighbor who assists her with errands, Police say the neighbor’s daughter, Nicole Coffey and a male companion, Benjamin Mills gained access to the victim’s banking information and later used that information to make unauthorized purchase. It is believed that Coffey gained access tot he victim’s banking information while the neighbor had the blind woman’s bank card during one of the errands. Coffey and Mills made purchases with that bank card information that were then sent to their address in Talbott. Coffey & Mills are also thought to have made an unauthorized purchase at Home Depot in Morristown…that purchase was close to $600.
