UT Baseball To Play Fall Exhibition In Greeneville
UT baseball is coming back this fall, at least for a couple games. The university announced this morning that they will play two exhibition games against Virginia Tech and Samford. There are renovations going on at Lindsey Nelson Stadium on UT’s campus, so both games will be played away from Knoxville. The first one, the game with Virginia Tech will be played in Greeneville on Sunday, October 22 and will be hosted by Tusculum University and played at Pioneer Park in Greeneville. Tickets are on sale right now, they are $10 and can be purchased online at www.TusculumPioneers.com/tickets or in person at the Tusculum Athletic Department located in Rankin Hall. Game time has not been announced, the university will announce the start time at a later date.
The other exhibition game against Samford will be in Nashville at First Horizon Park…home of the Nashville Sounds AAA team. That game will be on November 5th at 1pm and tickets are available for that game at firsthorizonpark.com.
