Woman Arrested For Shoplifting

Newport police arrested a woman yesterday for shoplifting…police were originally called because she was intoxicated but she did have three backpacks in her cart that were full of merchandise. When those backpacks were checked, they contained over $700 worth of various merchandise she had not paid for.
