Woman Arrested For Theft Of Property By Fraud

Police in Morristown arrested a woman Monday afternoon who was trying to return a stolen item to O’Reilly Auto Parts. 27 year old Karen Karcher was trying to return a Fill-Rite fuel pump to the O’Reilley’s location on West Andrew Johnson Hwy. Problem is, the fuel pump, valued at $569 had been stolen from the O’Reilley’s in Maynardsville. Karcher was arrested and charged with theft of property by fraud.
