Woman Steals Gift Cards Of No Value

A woman was arrested Wednesday morning after employees at Walgreens’ saw her stealing gift cards. Police found the woman…44 year old Alice Vick in a parking lot on Cosby Hwy across from Walgreen’s. She was transported back across to the store where police found 40 gift cards still in her purse. Vick was given a trespass order from Walgreen’s and was arrested for a charge of theft under $1,000. The value of the 40 gift cards was listed as just $40…as no dollar value had been assigned to those gift cards prior to the theft.
