Woman Trashes Local Business

A woman was arrested Friday night after she trashed a local business. Paresh Kumar, the owner of the In and Out Market on Cosby Hwy told police that an intoxicated woman walked into his store Friday evening with no shirt on and pushed over several displays that were on the counter. She pushed over the cash register and two computers doing around $11,000 worth of damage to the store. That woman, 57 year old Charla Dowell was found by police in the parking lot next door fighting with an unknown male subject. Dowell was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and vandalism.
