Get Ready For Chicken!

If you’ve been watching the new Zaxby’s getting built and have had a hankering for some chicken, your wait is just about to an end. Zaxby’s will open their new location on Cosby Hwy in Newport on Monday, March 25. The new Zaxby’s is owned and operated by Toby and Dennis Strange of Denton Enterprises 3 out of Knoxville.

Besides their normal menu of chicken they have become famous for, Zaxby’s is now venturing out to sea. The popular restaurant is debuting Southern Fried Shrimp as a limited time offer on their menu. To celebrate, all next week, when you make a $5 purchase at Zaxby’s you will receive a free side of four Southern Fried Shrimp.

Both drive-in and dine-in service open on Monday for Zaxby’s in Newport. This will be the sixth Zaxby’s in the area, joining two locations in Morristown and one each in Sevierville, Jefferson City and Greeneville.
