Megan Boswell Bond Hearing Postponed

Megan Boswell, the Sullivan County woman accused of killing her 15 month old child…Evelyn Boswell will not be in court today as planned. Boswell was supposed to appear in court for a bond motion. However that appearance has now been rescheduled for January 21st at 9am in Sullivan County court. Boswell’s attorney is looking to have her one million dollar bond lowered and also had filed a request for two separate trials on her charges. She is charged with 19 counts including 2 counts of felony murder. Her trial is scheduled for September 26th, 2022.
