Vols Win But Lose

During Senior Night at the Thompson Boling Arena, the 12th ranked Tennesssee Volunteers went hog hunting Tuesday night and they snared the Razorbacks taking a 75-57 victory. The Vols defense which has been great all year, held Arkansas to shooting just 37% from the field. The Hawgs came into the game with an SEC leading 48% shooting percentage. The win came at a cost…how much of one is yet to be seen. Point guard Zakai Ziegler went down with an apparent knee injury just three minutes into the game. It is not known yet how much time he will miss. The Vols are battling for fourth place in the SEC standings and the last double-bye in the SEC Tourney. The Vols are one of four teams battling for that spot as we go into the final weekend. Tennessee travels to Auburn this Saturday to wrap up the regular season.
