Carson Springs Man Arrested For Assaulting Mother

Wednesday night police arrested a Carson Springs man for domestic assault against his mother. 67 year old Miranda Stuart told sheriff’s deputies that she and her 42 year old son Dexter Stuart had been arguing about a set of keys, when he put his arm around her throat and began choking her. When she got herself free, she called 911. Deputies attempted to speak with Dexter Stuart, but he ordered them off the property…so deputies arrested him for aggravated domestic assault…plus Stuart already had an outstanding warrant for vandalism over $500.
