Cocke County Lady Red State Bound, Play On Tuesday May 19

The Cocke County Lady Red softball team punched their ticket on Friday to the 3A state championship after defeating Gibbs 9-1.
The Lady Red are heading to Murfreesboro. Their first game will be tomorrow, May 19 at the Starplex on field 4. The Lady Red will take on Stone Memorial out of Crossville. They have a record of 21-6-1 on the season. Cocke County comes into the state tournament with a record of 35-7. First pitch for that game will be 2pm Central time.
Should the Lady Red win, they would play either McNairy County or Springfield in the winners’ bracket on Wednesday, May 20.
