East TN Girl From Amber Alert Found In Mississippi

The TBI is reporting that 16 year old Holly Piper has now been found and is safe. The TBI says she was located in Mississippi with her boyfriend William Dylan Usry. An Amber Alert was issued earlier this week after Holly Piper was reported missing on Sunday when she was seen getting into Usry’s van. Dylan Usry is just 18, but according to the TBI has a long criminal history including a charge of aggravated assault. Investigators believe that he may have forced Piper to get into his van and go with him. The TBI says that Usry is now in custody.
