EDC-Cocke County Partnership Meetings Thursday

On Thursday, the Newport/Cocke County Economic Development Commission and the Cocke County Partnership will hold their monthly board meetings on 9/16. These meetings are very important Thursday evening as this is the annual election of officers for both boards. Plus tomorrow evening the Cocke County partnership will be looking to add some new members…they include, Annie’s Pork and Beans Country store…Tiger Real Estate…The Kinklie Cookie House and the Cocke County Bluegrass Festival. Those board meetings will start at 6pm Thursday and will be at Newport City Hall.
