Hawkins County Constable Indicted
A Hawkins County constable is in jail after a TBI investigation showed that he was seizing drugs from people. William Creasy was indicted on Tuesday after the TBI showed that Creasy would make routine traffic stops and take drugs off of them…then used the drugs to train K-9 detection dogs without proper documentation. Creasy was indicted on charges of casual exchange, official misconduct, simple possession and possession of a controlled substance without a license. He was booked into the Hawkins County jail yesterday…held on a $3,000 bond.
