Man found Overdosed In Car

A man was found slumped over the wheel of his car at the Little Caesar’s location on Crockett Trace in Morristown. A witness stated he saw Robert Hobbs of Rogersville Monday afternoon in a car slumped over. The doors were locked so, Willars Clouston stated he busted out the passenger side window to get Hobbs out of the vehicle. Bystanders performed CPR on Hobbs till police and EMS arrived. Hobbs had a pulse and was breathing when they arrived…Hobbs who was believed to have overdosed, was rushed to Morristown Hamblen hospital. While investigating, detectives found 37 year old Waynah Witt of Morristown outside the I-Hop restaurant. She was under the influence of narcotics but admitted she had been in the vehicle with Hobbs. Detectives found 34 grams of methamphetamine on Witt. She has been charged with possession or sale and delivery of schedule III drugs.
