Morristown police say the shooting was on Woodcrest Drive and that two homes and several cars were struck by bullets. Officers located 21 shell casings in the street. One resident said it sounded like a machine gun. The owner of one of the homes struck by bullets told police her children were recently threatened by potential gang members just days before the shooting. The threat mentioned shooting and killing her children. The woman stated that three of her cars were hit by bullets along with a window outside one of her children’s rooms.
