Stolen Items

Officer Justin Shelton spoke with Bryson Ball on Wednesday in regards to a stolen Smith & Wesson 9mm, a purple iPhone 12 and $550 in cash. Mr. Ball stated that he spent the night with Shayla Hunley at Dannion Niles house, and woke up with the items missing and no one there. The officer made contact with Hunley and Niles at a residence on College Street. Ms. Hunley stated that she had taken Mr. Ball’s cell phone due to him cheating. She returned the phone to the officer. Mr. Niles returned Mr. Ball’s firearm to the officer as well. Neither Mr. Niles or Ms. Hunley returned the cash and stated they had no idea he had money. Both Niles and Hunley were cited into court.
