Man Accused Of Killing Parents In Court Monday

The Greene County man accused of killing his parents with a machete was in court Monday for a preliminary hearing. The District Attorney’s office presented the 911 call to the court, in which Jessie Wilhoit told the 911 operator to “come and get me”. In the 911 call Wilhoit says “My mom has been making my kids have sex with men. I done what any dad would do”. When asked by the 911 operator what he did, Wilhoit simply said ” I stopped it”

According to the District Attorney’s office, when deputies arrived at the Wilhoit home on October 25, 68 year old Ray Allen Wilhoit was found lying in the driveway of his home, with two deep wounds to the back of his head, one deep wound to the forehead and his left wrist was nearly cut off. 60 year old Cassandra Wilhoit was found dead inside the home.

The DA’s office stated that investigators have not confirmed Jessie Wilhoit’s claim to the 911 operator, but are investigating.

Jessie Wilhoit remains in jail on a $2 million bond. He is due back in court March 31.
