Police Respond To Unresponsive Man In Parking Lot

Police responded Saturday morning to the parking lot of McDonald’s in Newport. 32 year old McDonald’s employee Peter Yelle was on his back on the parking lot unresponsive. It took 16mg of Narcan to bring Yelle back around. Upon watching video footage of the incident, Yelle is seen getting out of a white Hyundai in the McDonald’s parking lot, jumping around, flailing his arms then falling to the ground. Yelle was transported to the Newport Medical Center for treatment.
