Sevierville PD Hosting Kids Police Camp
The annual Sevierville Police Department Kids Police Camp has been scheduled…it will be held Monday, June 6 – Friday, June 10. Camp will take place daily from 8:00AM – 4:00PM…with a mandatory parent/participant orientation taking place at the Sevierville Police Department on Friday June 3, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of Police Camp is to provide the opportunity for young men and women, ages 11-14, to learn basic police skills in a SAFE, organized and structured environment. Most of the activities and classes will be at the Sevierville Police Department, but there are several field trips planned for this yhear’s camp…they include trips to the Gatlinburg Sportsman’s Club, Sevier County Juvenile Services, Alcatraz East Museum and Sevier Air Trampoline Park. The camp fee is $75.00 for the week. Applicants are required to complete the Police Camp registration form and return it with a $25.00 non-refundable deposit check made payable to the Sevierville Police Department. Registration packets can be picked up now at the Sevierville Police Department. Applications need to be turned in by May 27th.
