Two Indicted In Federal Court In Relation To Chattanooga Shooting
A federal grand jury in Greeneville on Tuesday indicted two men law enforcement agencies say are involved in that deadly shooting on June 5th in Chattanooga. The grand jury yesterday returned a two-count indictment against Garrian King, also known as “Big G,” and Rodney Harris, also known as “3rd,” both from Chattanooga. The indictment alleges that on or about June 5th… the defendants each possessed a firearm after being convicted of a felony. No word on whether the two had anything to do in the shooting where 3 people were killed and 14 more were injured. If convicted, of the two counts against them in the indictment, both King & Harris face a sentence of up to ten years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and a period of supervised release.
