Possible Domestic

Late Wednesday night, officer were called to a residence in reference to a possible domestic altercation and noise complaint. Upon arrival, officer Paul Webber made contact with the complainant who stated her neighbors were being loud, beating on walls, and yelling. Officer Webber then made contact with the tenants, Sean Enix and Ashley Thomas, who stated that they did have a verbal argument earlier that day. While checking the 2 subjects for warrants, the officer was advised that Ms. Thomas had an active and served order of protection against Mr. Eniz out of Hamblen County. Mr. Enix was placed under arrest and transported to the Cocke County Jail.
