Two People Arrested In Cosby

Two people in Cosby are under arrest facing assault charges against one another. Police were called to the home on Tobes Creek road and spoke with Misty Rodriguez who stated that R.B. Toby had been beating on her and cut her leg. Deputies noticed a 3 inch laceration on her leg that was tended to by EMS staff, R.B. Toby then told deputies that Rodriguez had hit him in the mouth with the butt of a Ruger handgun then threatened to “blow his head off”. Deputies noticed a wound to Toby’s mouth and a loose tooth confirming his account. Both Misty Rodriguez and R.B. Toby were taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
